The NES team did an outstanding job from the moment I called until they finished doing the installation. I had a hot water heater, air conditioning and heating system installed. Their estimate came in the middle of the pack with their competitors. But considering the outstanding customer service I absolutely made the right choice. There was no pressure to buy anything. The gentleman doing the estimates was very considerate and professional. There was a small glitch in the electronics after installation. I called them and they came out immediately and fixed the problem. So obviously they are very reliable. They're just an all-around great organization to work with. Solve the problem quickly but still checked everything else to make sure everything was working right. Talk to us about the next steps for when the AC dose go (it’s an older AC) has affordable options instead of dropping $5000 when it happens.
